What are the opening and closing times of the Fair?

Friday 2 - Sunday 4 September 2022, 10am - 6pm

How much are tickets to the Fair?

Do members of the National Trust get a discount?

Yes - National Trust members can use their membership number to activate their special members rate when booking tickets. Click here for more information and how to book

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be on sale soon. Sign up to our Newsletter here to be the first to hear any show updates and when tickets will be on sale.

What is the transaction fee and when does it apply?

A £3.50 transaction fee will be added per e-ticket order, or £4.50 for postal ticket orders. The transaction fee is £3.50 for E-Ticket or £4.50 for Standard Postal Delivery. This covers the costs of processing your order, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee can also apply to tickets arranged for collection. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket.

Do you have special rates for children?

Children under 5 are free every day. Children aged 5-17 are charged at a child rate. Click here to see full ticket information. 

I am registered disabled, do you have disability rate tickets?

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to purchase a concessionary ticket plus claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fair. Please contact the Box Office on 0844 995 9654 and they will be happy to help! If you have already booked your ticket and want to request a carer ticket, please fill out this form with your request.

When will my tickets arrive?

If you select an e-ticket you will immediately receive your tickets by email, which you can print straight away.

Alternatively, if you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Fair.

Are dogs permitted at the Fair?

Dogs are not allowed in the event field.

Will there be food and drinks at the Fair?

Yes, there will be lots of food and drink available at the Fair, plus tasty treats for you to buy and take home. For more information, take a look at the BBC Good Food Market page. 

What extra safety measures will be taken to ensure visitor and staff are protected?

The safety of our visitors and staff is our priority. We have implemented a comprehensive plan to help our visitors and staff feel secure.  Click here to see the full details on how we are keeping you safe at this year’s Fair. 

How will you be managing the toilets?

 The toilets at Hardwicke Gate (car park) and hall are open. The facilities will be monitored and cleaned regularly for your safety.

What will your staff do if visitors are not observing social distancing?

Our expectation is that all visitors will observe social distancing, to protect themselves and each other. Our staff will be able to assist, should you have any concerns please read up further on how we are keeping you safe at this year’s event here.
