Kelvin Mullins, Group Pastry Chef, The Pig Hotels. On finishing catering college, he moved to Switzerland to work in five star hotels in Davos and Zouz. Returning to London, he worked at The Dorchester and The Grosvenor House Hotels, Park Lane, Nico Landis, Bruno Loubet, Roast and Shumi to name a few.
