Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sunday: 9am – 5pm
You will choose a timed entry slot at the point of booking. Please aim to arrive within the 45-minute window: 9.00am – 9.45am / 9.45am – 10.30am / 10.30am – 11.15am / 11.15am-12pm / 12pm onwards
The Transaction Fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Transaction fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.
The Transaction Fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The Transaction Fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket admin e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.
The transaction fee is £3.95 for E-Ticket or £4.95 for Standard Postal Delivery. This covers the costs of processing your order, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee can also apply to tickets arranged for collection. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. A transaction fee does not apply to orders of only additional ‘add-on’ items.

On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey. The NEC is well sign-posted from the M6 (J4), the M42 (J6), the A45, A446 & M1.
Disabled parking for any vehicles displaying a blue badge is available and situated close to the halls for easy access. Both standard and disabled pre-paid parking will be available.
We highly recommend booking pre-paid parking in advance to secure the best rates. Pre-paid parking is £12. Pay on the day is £16. Pre-paid parking is available 3 months out from the show.
If you choose to pay on the day, tickets can be purchased from ticket machines during your visit and presented at the exit of the car park when you leave. Shuttle buses operate between the car parks and the Show.
