Lydia Lakemoore AKA @yourorganicPT was raised on a non-commercial small holding in Doncaster, Yorkshire and still grows a vast amount of her own food and medicinal herbs.

She is a qualified Personal Trainer and Medical Herbalists with extensive experience in both the creative and natural health industry. Lydia began her wellness career working in some of London’s most exciting fitness establishments and is a keen advocate of how both physical exercise and time spent with nature can vastly contribute to improving our physical and mental health. In 2018 Lydia and her partner took over her hometown’s herbalists; Jackson’s – The Herbalists of Yorkshire and launched theherbalists.co.uk. Jackson’s is a busy health food store and herbalist practice dating back to 1933. Lydia is a keen advocate of organic gardening and the benefits it can provide to ourselves and the wildlife around us.
