We can’t wait to welcome you to BBC Gardeners’ World Live. The Show is open from 9am – 6pm (5pm on Sunday) from 15 – 18 June 2023.

Planning your day in advance will help you see everything you want to see, and get the best experience so we’ve pulled together some of the essentials to help you.

Book tickets in advance:

Tickets will be available on the door, but cost less booked in advance. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you have booked tickets but need them re-issued, click here to log into your See Tickets account where you will be able to view and print your tickets, or bring as digital tickets on your smart phone. (Ticket booking reference required)

Be prepared for hot weather

The weather during the Show could be hot, so please use suitable factor sunscreen as well as ensure suitable water intake during your day. It’s recommended to seek shade during the day, covering the head, and wearing loose light coloured clothing. It is recommended choose alcohol-free drink options, or alternate alcoholic drinks with a glass of water. BIt Please refer to the UK Government’s ‘Beat The Heat’ recommendations here >

Plan your travel

If you’re planning to drive, we strongly advise to book pre-paid parking. We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking in advance of the Show (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates at £12.95, as on the day parking will be charged at £16.95. Pre-paid parking is available to book up to three months pre-Show.

Disabled parking for any vehicles displaying a blue badge is available and situated close to the halls for easy access. Both standard and disabled pre-paid parking will be available.

If you’ve pre-booked a seat in the BBC Gardeners’ World Live Theatre, see who’s on hereOr, drop into the Let’s Talk Plants Stage, the House Plant Hub or the We Grow Stage on the Secret Homestead garden.

Dress for the weather:

BBC Gardeners’ World Live and the BBC Good Food Show Summer take place inside the indoor halls of the NEC, as well as outside, so please check the forecast in advance and dress appropriately for the the weather.

Check the time on your ticket before travelling:

Please arrive any time from the time stated on your ticket: 9:00am / 10:30am / 12:00pm

We’ve put these entry slots in place to get you into the Show as smoothly as possible. 

Help with your shopping

Drop off your plants in a safe and secure area at the Show in the Plant Creche and collect them at the end of your visit.  For heavier items opt to collect your shopping in the car collection service.

Friendly and helpful staff will be on hand to coordinate and assist you. 

Get questions ready for one-to-one advice

Bring your questions for the knowledgeable Plant Experts, sponsored by Regent Seven Seas Cruises, in the Floral Marquee, and the Woodland Trust’s Tree Surgery, also in the Floral Marquee for expert gardening and wildlife tips.

Food and drink

Your ticket includes entry to the BBC Good Food Show Summer, and you’ll find plenty of options at the Show. Whether you’re wanting food-to-go or a sit down meal, there are lots of tasty options for eating and drinking at the Show. There’ll be plenty of choice from various bars, cafes, restaurants and street food stalls.

Taste, try and buy from the 100s of artisan producers and big brands joining us. From delicious street food to melt in your mouth brownies and cakes, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Alternatively you can take a well deserved break from the hustle and bustle of the Show in our BBC Good Food restaurant. Sit back and dine in style from a menu inspired by the top talent joining us at the Show and the country’s leading food website bbcgoodfood.com.

The NEC offers a wide selection of catering outlets too at the venue – remember to bring your own re-usable cup for a 25p discount in all venue catering areas.
