What extra safety measures will be taken to ensure visitors and staff are protected?
The safety of our visitors and staff is our priority. We have implemented a comprehensive plan to help our visitors and staff feel secure. Click here to see the full details on how we are keeping you safe at this year's show.
What measures do you have in place to ensure visitors observe social distancing?
We will be using signage where appropriate to indicate best practice for social distancing. Dedicated safety officers will be present at the Fair at all times so they can make sure the latest guidelines are followed by all visitors. For more info on how we are keeping you safe at this year's Spring Fair, please click here.
Our expectation is that all visitors will observe social distancing, to protect themselves and each other. Should you have any concerns about any behaviour at the Fair please inform any of the stewards or visit the Customer Services Tent at the entrance to the event field.
How will you be managing the toilets?
We have increased the number of toilets that are available at Beaulieu and have added them into the event field. Queuing will be controlled to allow visitors to socially distance and the units will be serviced by a dedicated attendant. All toilets in the event field will be stocked with hand sanitiser. Additional single portable toilet units will be located in the event field with a dedicated attendant for servicing.
Will stall holders be wearing PPE?
All stall holders are required to undertake a comprehensive COVID risk assessment and where appropriate – particularly where closer contact with members of the public is required – may be using PPE or working behind screens, for their protection and to protect visitors.
Is there wheelchair hire available?
Beaulieu have a limited number of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters available to hire, free of charge. These are subject to availability and it is advisable to book these in advance by calling 01590 614646 between 10:00am - 5:00pm.
