Award-winning garden designer Adam Frost has brought his shared passions of growing edibles and gardening to curate a menu that is ready to delight throughout your evening.
Adam will be there for an intimate introduction to the menu, where you’ll be able to hear his passion for going from plot-to-plate before you pick up your fork.
Lime Wood Chef Director, Luke Holder, has worked in some of London’s busiest and most exclusive restaurants including Orrery, The Sloane Club, and the Oxo Tower on the South Bank.
He spent a year cooking in the Italian kitchen of Enoteca Pinchiorri, 3 Michelin stars, in the heart of Tuscany, which firmly placed his focus on cooking locally and seasonally, at the highest level.

Supper Club is one night only, Saturday 4 May 2024, from 6.30pm. The Spring Fair closes at 5pm, giving plenty of time to make your way to Lime Wood, if you are enjoying both experiences on the same day.
6:30pm – arrival & welcome drinks in The Greenhouse
7pm – welcome address from Adam & Luke, with opportunity for book signing
7:45pm – head to The Scullery to take your seat
8pm – dinner served
We expect the evening to end around 10:30pm for those who would like to book taxis.

Enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail and glass of British sparkling Hambledon ‘Classic Cuvee’ in Lime Wood’s stunning Greenhouse, with a welcome address from Adam and Luke.
You’ll then sit down for the exclusive set menu† featuring a selection of produce grown onsite in the Green House and Four Acre Farm (a community run, no dig farm), with Hartnett Holder & Co wine alongside your meal.
Taking place in The Scullery at Lime Wood, your evening of wining and dining will be in a cosy country-house-kitchen setting with banquet tables to seat your party together, no matter the size.*
Copies of Adam’s book will be available to purchase during the evening, which Adam can sign, the perfect memento of the evening.
