Travelling to the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair at Beaulieu is an important part of your experience. Take a look here for info on how to get to the Fair.

We will be using signage where appropriate to indicate best practice for social distancing. Dedicated safety officers will be present at the Fair at all times so they can make sure the latest guidelines are followed by all visitors. We are sorry, but we are not able to refund tickets for people who can’t make it. Ticket Terms & Conditions can be found on the ticket booking page.

The Transaction Fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Transaction fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.

The Transaction Fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The Transaction Fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket admin e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to purchase a concessionary ticket plus claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fair. Please contact the Box Office on 0844 995 9654 and they will be happy to help! If you have already booked your ticket and want to request a carer ticket, please fill out this form with your request.

Adult and concessions (60+) £15, Children (5-16) £8.40, Under 5s FREE

Entry at 12:00pm

 Adult and concessions (60+) £12.75, Children (5-16) £7, Under 5s FREE

Entry at 13:30pm

Adult and concessions (60+) £9, Children (5-16) £5, Under 5s FREE

The Gardeners’ World Magazine team will be at the Fair every day, hosting the What To Do Now Stage. Keep an eye out for our announcement to find out who will be joining us at the Fair.

Under 18s are admitted to the show accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure Under 18s are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the show. 

If you select an e-ticket you will immediately receive your tickets by email, which you can print straight away.

Alternatively if you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the show. 

If you book within one week of the show, you will need to collect tickets from the Box Office at the show entrance, or select an e-ticket.

You can access your tickets at any time online from See Tickets directly, using this link: https://gardenersworldlive.seetickets.com/customerservice You will need to log in with your booking reference number and one of the qualifying verifications.

There will be one cash machine at the Fair. Some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you!

Tickets to the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair will go on sale in November.

Yes, holders of a Beaulieu gift aid annual pass to the National Motor Museum can upgrade their gift aid pass to visit BBC Gardeners’ World Fair Spring. For more information or to book, head to the Beaulieu website here.

We have increased the number of toilets that are available at Beaulieu and have added them into the event field.  Queuing will be controlled to allow visitors to socially distance and the units will be serviced by a dedicated attendant.  All toilets in the event field will be stocked with hand sanitiser. Additional single portable toilet units will be located in the event field with a dedicated attendant for servicing.

Yes, dogs are permitted to the Spring Fair, however they will need to be kept on a lead at all times.

Yes, there will be lots of food and drink available at the Fair, plus tasty treats for you to buy and take home. For more information, take a look at the BBC Good Food Market page. 

Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Fair however there are many fantastic vendors we would love you to try instead!

Beaulieu have a limited number of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters available to hire, free of charge. These are subject to availability and it is advisable to book these in advance by calling 01590 614646 between 10:00am – 5:00pm. Please note that to ensure the safety of visitors, the use of personal customised mobility vehicles is at our discretion.
