The BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair is held in the Events Field, in Beaulieu Parkland, and is staged on grass. We try to ensure as many areas as possible are accessible from gravel roadways as possible.

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to purchase a concessionary ticket plus claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fair.

Assistance dogs are welcome and can be used to access all areas of the site. Visitors wishing to bring a working dog onto the Monorail should first seek assistance from a member of staff.

All our stages are drop in, so no booking is required.

Mobility Scooters are now fully booked via Beaulieu, however please note that there are alternative local companies available for mobility hire, including KJ’s Mobility in Hythe and others. Please note that to ensure the safety of visitors, the use of personal customised mobility vehicles is at our discretion.

A DVD tour is available to show the upper floors of Palace House and views from the Monorail for people who cannot access these areas. Speak to a member of Beaulieu staff for more information.

There are a number of wider parking spaces for Blue Badge holders adjacent to Visitor Reception.

There are three sets of disabled toilets across the site.

In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of security or any member of the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair team who will be pleased to help you.
