What are the opening and closing times for the show?

Thursday 14 June to Sunday 17 June 2018: 9am - 6pm

What is a fulfilment fee and when does it apply?

The fulfilment fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.

The Fulfilment Fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.

Do you have special rates for children?

Children aged 0 – 5 are free every day. Children aged 6 – 17 are FREE at the weekend  (up to four per paying adult) or charged the concessionary rate on weekdays.

If you wish your child to have a seat in the BBC Gardeners' World Live Theatre, this may be purchased for £2 per seat (subject to availability). Children aged 0-5 are able to sit on an adults lap if preferred.

See all  ticket prices here.

What is an Any-1-Day ticket?

An Any-1-Day ticket is perfect if you're unsure which day you'd like to visit the show, but would like to take advantage of early booking offers. This ticket, at a slight premium to standard tickets, will allow access to the show on any one day that the show is open, with no need to plan in advance.

Is there an age limit to enter the show?

Under 18s are admitted to the show accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure Under 18s are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the show.

Are theatre tickets separate?

BBC Gardeners' World Live Theatre tickets are £2, in addition to show entry. Some theatre tickets may be free of charge, this will be made clear in the booking process.

When will my tickets arrive?

If you select an e-ticket you will immediately receive your tickets by email, which you can print straight away.

Alternatively if you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the show.

If you book within one week of the show, you wil need to collect tickets from the Box Office at the show entrance, or select an e-ticket.

Are there are discounts on group bookings?
