What is a fulfilment fee and when does it apply?
The fulfilment fee is charged per order, not related to the number of tickets purchased. Fulfilment fees are not applicable to orders of only additional ‘add-ons’, such as theatre sessions added to your booking at a later date.
The Fulfilment Fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The fulfilment fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket fulfilment e.g. ticket stock administration and inventory control, ticket stock/stationery, collection facilities and postage and/or packaging costs.
Do you have special rates for children?
Children aged 0 – 5 are free every day. Children aged 6 – 17 are £12 on Saturday and free on Sunday (up to four per paying adult) or charged the concessionary rate on weekdays.
If you wish your child to have a seat in the BBC Gardeners' World Live Theatre, this may be purchased for £3/£4 premium per seat (subject to availability). Children aged 0-5 are able to sit on an adults lap if preferred.See all ticket prices here.

Is there parking at NEC?
The NEC has numerous car parks that are more broadly categorised into North, East, South and West with over 20,000 onsite parking spaces. On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey. The NEC is well sign-posted from the M6 (J4), the M42 (J6), the A45, A446 & M1.
Disabled parking for any vehicles displaying a blue badge is available and situated close to the halls for easy access. Both standard and disabled pre-paid parking is available.
Please note car parking charges have increased from October 2018. We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking in advance of the Show (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates at £12, as on the day parking will be charged at £16.
Pre-paid parking is available three months prior to the Show. To find out more and book your parking, click here.
If you choose to pay on the day, tickets can be purchased from ticket machines during your visit and presented at the exit of the car park when you leave. Shuttle buses operate between the car parks and the Show.
Is there a crèche facility?
To be confirmed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire.
There is a parenting room available daily for visitors with babies, for changing, quiet time and food heating.
