We’ve missed you and can’t wait to safely see you again at our later than usual, outdoor edit of BBC Gardeners' World Live.

Planning your day in advance will help you see everything you want to see, and get the best experience. We've pulled together some of the essentials to help you.

Book tickets in advance:

Some tickets will be available on the door, but tickets in advance cost less and means you can secure an entry timeslot that suits you. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you have booked tickets but need them re-issued, click here to log into your See Tickets account where you will be able to view and print your tickets, or bring as digital tickets on your smart phone. (Ticket booking reference required)

Organise your COVID-19 status pass:

Ensure you have your Covid Status Pass requirements sorted before you travel.

Visitors aged 11 or over must have proof of having had two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before attending
OR a negative Lateral Flow Test result within 48 hours of the event 
OR If you are resident in England, proof of natural immunity (positive PCR test within the last six months, after self-isolation has ended and up to 180 days after taking the test) demonstrated via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App.

Make sure you're free of symptoms before travelling:

Before travelling to the Show, we kindly ask that you, or any member of your party, do not attend if displaying symptoms, have been asked to self-isolate or live with an individual who has symptoms of COVID-19. Further information on our Covid commitment can be found here >

Pack your face covering:

Whilst face coverings are optional, for everyone's safety, the NEC recommend the wearing of face coverings within public indoor spaces, including shuttle buses from the car parks. We also recommend visitors to wear a face covering in the Floral Marquee and when seated at the Stage.

Dress for the weather:

The Special Edition of BBC Gardeners' World Live will take place outside at The NEC, plus the Floral Marquee. Please check the weather before you travel.

The entrances to the Show will be outside of Hall 17 and Hall 9 at The NEC. For directions and travel information, please click here >

Please arrive within your dedicated entry time slot: 9.00am -  9.45am / 9.45am - 10.30am / 10.30am - 11.15am / 11.15am-12pm / 12pm onwards
