Plan your journey in advance to make the most of your day out. The Show takes place at the NEC, BirminghamVenue Address: NEC Birmingham, B40 1NT

By car

The NEC has numerous car parks that are more broadly categorised into North, East, South and West with over 20,000 onsite parking spaces. On your arrival at the NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the most convenient parking area for your event, however being such a large site with a number of entrances, it is recommended that you refer to The NEC Site Map before your arrival to avoid adding time to your journey. The NEC is well sign-posted from the M6 (J4), the M42 (J6), the A45, A446 & M1.

If you’re planning to drive, we strongly advise to book pre-paid parking. We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking in advance of the Show (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates at £12.95, as on the day parking will be charged at £16.95. 

Pre-paid parking is available to book up to three months pre-Show. 

If you choose to pay on the day, tickets can be purchased from ticket machines during your visit and presented at the exit of the car park when you leave. Shuttle buses operate between the car parks and the Show.

Disable parking

Disabled parking for any vehicles displaying a blue badge is available and situated close to the halls for easy access. Both standard and disabled pre-paid parking will be available.

If travelling by train disembark at Birmingham International Station. Access to The NEC is via the skywalk. All levels of The NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts. The Atrium & piazza entrances have automatic doors.

We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking in advance of the Show available three months prior to the event (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates at £12.95, as on the day parking will be charged at £16.95. 22 EV slow charging spaces are now available at the NEC. Please see locations listed here: N2 x 2, E1 X 6, S7 X 6, Express 1 X 8. Those located on N2, E1 and S7 will be available on a first come first served basis when those car parks are open for use. Normal parking charges apply in all of the above locations but the electric charging element is currently free.

To use a charge point the user needs to download the Centrica app from the apps stores.

By train

NEC Birmingham is easily accessible by train with Birmingham International station connected to the NEC halls by a covered walkway.

If you’re travelling to the show by train, book via Train Hugger below and help them plant thousands of trees across the UK. You can book on web or mobile and save e-tickets to your phone. Tickets are the same price and they plant a tree in the UK with every booking.
