Through experiences with nature, we can help children appreciate the wider world. The Eco Warriors at St Andrew’s school care deeply about our environment, and together will create our secret garden escape. A sensory adventure, the garden invites all to enter across the textured bridge, hop along the log steppingstones, to taste and smell the variety of edible plants and flowers. Surrounded by nature is a multifunctional play pit to encourage imaginative play, before relaxing in the retreat or enjoying a picnic with friends on the lawn. After the show, we’ll transport the garden to our school in North Weald, for all our children to enjoy, enhancing wellbeing and care for nature all year-round.
