The show is open from 9am to 6pm (5pm on Sunday). When booking tickets, you will be asked to select a time that your ticket will be valid from. These are:
• 9am
• 10.30am
• 12pm
You can arrive at any point from the time stated on your ticket.
Save money by booking parking in advance! If you’re planning to drive, we strongly advise to book pre-paid parking. We strongly advise to book pre-paid parking for £12.85 in advance of the Show (up until the night before the Show opens) to secure the best rates. Pay on the day parking is priced at £16.95. Parking prices are subject to change by The NEC.
Parking will be available to pre-book a few months before the event.
A £3.95 admin fee will be added per e-ticket order, or £4.95 for postal ticket orders.
The transaction fee is £3.95 for E-Ticket or £4.95 for Standard Postal Delivery. This covers the costs of processing your order, packing and delivering the tickets to you. This fee can also apply to tickets arranged for collection. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. A transaction fee does not apply to orders of only additional ‘add-on’ items.
