This garden combines the old with the new; integrating plants with existing and reinvented garden paths.
By embracing what exists and utilising reclaimed stone we minimise the environmental impact that a complete renovation would bring. New materials mix with the patina and texture of existing or reclaimed stone.
The plant palette includes high-contrast colour and texture with peach, plums, purples, oranges and grey-blue foliage – all drought tolerant shrubs and perennials.
The garden embraces self-seeders and the intermingled, naturalistic style with pollinator-friendly species. A stone bowl offers birds and bees a place to drink as they pass through.
