Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 9:30am – 5pmYou will choose a time to arrive from, at the point of booking. Please note that you can arrive at any time from the time on your ticket, you do not need to arrive at that exact time. 9.30am  / 11.30pm / 13.30pm How do I get to Beaulieu and the Spring Fair? Travelling to the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair at Beaulieu is an important part of your experience. Ticket prices can be seen on the Ticket Information page. Child tickets Prices for children’s tickets can be found on the Ticket Information Page  I now can't come to the Fair, can I have a refund? We are sorry, but we are not able to refund tickets for people who can’t make it. Ticket Terms & Conditions can be found on the ticket booking page. What is a transaction fee and when does it apply? The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your order, producing your tickets, and in the case of postal delivery, the packing and delivery of the tickets to you.The fee applies to postal, print at home and e-tickets to cover the costs of: credit card fees; ticketing technology; onsite scanning staff; customer services and administration, all of which are involved in the processing, production and issuing of your tickets as well as safe and secure access to the event.We are doing all we can to manage these costs amidst all costs rising to deliver events and constantly reviewing fees and the customer experience and value for money at our events.The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket. For example, if you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee. I am registered disabled, do you have disability rate tickets? Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to purchase a concessionary ticket plus claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fair. Ticket prices can be seen on the Ticket Information page. Which experts will be at the Fair? The Gardeners’ World Magazine team will be at the Fair every day, hosting the BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine Stage. Find out who will be joining us at the Fair here. With further names to be announced soon.  Are there any age restrictions for attending the Show? Under 18s are admitted to the show accompanied by an adult. Under 5s tickets are free of charge and age 6 – 17 are at a discounted child rateIn accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure Under 18s are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the show.  When will my tickets arrive? If you select an e-ticket you will receive your tickets by email soon, which you can print straight away.You can access your tickets at any time online from See Tickets directly, using this link: https://bbcgardenersworldfairspring.seetickets.com/customerservice You will need to log in with your booking reference number and one of the qualifying verifications. Are there cash machines on site? There will be one cash machine at the Fair. Some producers don’t accept cards, so be sure to bring enough cash with you! When do tickets go on sale? Tickets to the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair are now on sale! Do Beaulieu gift aid annual Pass holders receive a discount? Yes, holders of a Beaulieu gift aid annual pass to the National Motor Museum can upgrade their gift aid pass to visit BBC Gardeners’ World Fair Spring. For more information or to book, head to the Beaulieu website here. I have lost my tickets, what do I do? You can access your tickets at any time online from See Tickets directly, using this link: https://bbcgardenersworldfairspring.seetickets.com/customerservice You will need to log in with your booking reference number and one of the qualifying verifications.  How will you be managing the toilets? We have increased the number of toilets that are available at Beaulieu and have added them into the event field.  The units will be serviced by a dedicated attendant.  All toilets in the event field will be stocked with hand sanitiser. Additional single portable toilet units will be located in the event field with a dedicated attendant for servicing. Are dogs permitted at the Fair? Yes, dogs are permitted to the Spring Fair, however they will need to be kept on a lead at all times.Please note that dogs are not allowed inside the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Abbey, Brabazon Restaurant, World of Top Gear, On Screen Cars, the Secret Army Exhibition, or on any of the rides within the Beaulieu attraction, however. Will there be food and drink at the Fair? Yes, there will be lots of food and drink available at the Fair, plus tasty treats for you to buy and take home. Yes you can bring your own food and drink to the Fair however there are many fantastic vendors we would love you to try instead! Is there wheelchair hire available? Beaulieu have a limited number of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters available to hire, free of charge. These are subject to availability and it is advisable to book these in advance by calling 01590 614646 between 10:00am – 5:00pm. Please note that to ensure the safety of visitors, the use of personal customised mobility vehicles is at our discretion. Is there anywhere to store shopping bags? Yes, there will be a Plant Crèche and Shop ‘n’ Drop available at the Spring Fair.  I would like to give feedback, where do I do this? When making your booking simply add an essential carer ticket on for each of the visitors with registered accessibility requirements. Please bring proof of eligibility with you to show on arrival such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter or PIP letter. Assistance dogs Assistance dogs are welcome and can be used to access all areas of the site. Visitors wishing to bring a working dog onto the Monorail should first seek assistance from a member of staff. Theatre seats All our stages are drop in, so no booking is required. Wheelchair and Scooter hire Mobility Scooters are now fully booked via Beaulieu, however please note that there are alternative local companies available for mobility hire, including KJ’s Mobility in Hythe and others. Please note that to ensure the safety of visitors, the use of personal customised mobility vehicles is at our discretion.A DVD tour is available to show the upper floors of Palace House and views from the Monorail for people who cannot access these areas. Speak to a member of Beaulieu staff for more information. Access and parking There are a number of wider parking spaces for Blue Badge holders adjacent to Visitor Reception.  Accessible toilets There are three sets of disabled toilets across the site. Medical emergencies In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of security or any member of the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair team who will be pleased to help you.  Other Shuttle buses will be operating from the car park to the entrance daily.

The friendly and helpful team from Maggie’s are on hand to coordinate and assist you in return for a small donation.We recommend visitors also bring Bags for Life to help reduce the need for plastic bags.With thanks to sponsor, Maggie’s of Southampton.
